How AI usage is billed
- Pro subscribers receive a monthly usage allowance for AI executions, included in their $25 monthly fee.
- Usage beyond the monthly allowance, or any usage from non-subscribers, is billed against your credit balance.
- Credits are denominated in U.S. dollars — $1 of credits equals $1 of AI usage capacity.
- Every AI execution shows its per-use rate in your dashboard before you run it. Rates depend on the AI tier (“Power Level”) you select.
- Voice transcription is billed at $0.006 per minute of audio.
Refunds and cancellation
30-day money-back. If Genius Power isn’t right for you, email Support@GeniusPower.com within 30 days of your purchase and we will process your refund.
Cancel anytime. Pro subscriptions can be cancelled at any time from your account settings. No phone calls, no retention scripts.
Access
Genius Power is invitation-based. Submit an application via “Apply for Access” or “Get Started” on the homepage — each application is reviewed individually before access is granted.
Billing and payments
- Pro subscriptions bill monthly until cancelled.
- Credit top-ups are one-time purchases processed at the moment of purchase.
- Full transaction history is available in your account dashboard.
